Order Fulfillment Policy
- Order Cut-off Time:
- Orders placed before 1pm on Wednesdays will be made and ready for pickup by 10am on Fridays.
- Orders placed after 1pm on Wednesdays will be made and ready for pickup on the Friday of the following week.
- Order Confirmation:
- Customers will receive an order confirmation with the expected ready date after placing their order.
- Exceptions:
- In the event of holidays or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may vary. Customers will be notified of any changes to their order's ready date.
- Cancellation and Changes:
- Changes or cancellations to orders must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled ready date. No refunds will be given for last minute cancellations or orders that are not picked up.
